To view status of Short Sales, simply click on the listing of interest, either from the map or the from the list below, and then click on listing details and Status will be in the description area. You may also check the highlight area of each listing. Offers are ALWAYS accepted on ALL Short Sales, until it is closed/sold, unless otherwise noted. All listings will be updated, if necessary each Friday, by 5 PM. Information deemed reliable, but not guaranteed, parties advised verify.
